Subscriptions and billing are processed through Substack’s payment system. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Substack (and its payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for the subscription amount, including renewals.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Substack account settings.

• Access to paid content will continue until the end of your current billing period.

By subscribing, you agree to receive editorial content and updates from The Liber via email. You can unsubscribe at any time through your Substack account or by using the unsubscribe link included in each message.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published under The Liber, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, video, branding, and trademarks, is the property of Liber Media Group LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from The Liber. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes is permitted.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or data scraping.
